Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Promote the sale of real estate units in Soma Bay.
- Assist as required in the marketing of Soma Bay generally and real estate (apartments and villas) in particular.
- Coordinate between clients and our engineers, contractors and suppliers throughout the construction and finishing works.
- Liaising between Soma Bay Residents (owners of real estate) and the various maintenance teams subsequent to delivery.
- Assisting and coordinating in offering a concierge service to Residents.
Language:
- German, or Italian together with fluent English
Working Hours:
- We are not working to a fixed eight hour day. It is important to note that working hours are flexible so that a late afternoon / early evening marketing session at different hotels in Soma Bay will be required to meet hotel guests before dinner. Essentially it is the work that dictates working hours and everyone on the team must be ready, willing and able to adapt to these conditions.
Housing & Meals:
- Housing would be available at our staff compound.
- Certain meals could be taken at some Soma Bay hotel outlets (to be defined) to assist the marketing and promotional effort; others at the Senior Staff Cafeteria.
Other Terms:
- 1-2 year contract (subject to 3 month probation period)
- Net salary paid monthly in Euro
- 28 days paid annual leave
- 6 days work per week / 8 hours per day
- 1 day off per week
- Health insurance in Egypt according to company policy
- Transportation from/to Hurghada can be organized if required

Spa Receptionists with sales experience
Summary of position:
- Guest liaison and assistance
- Responsible for reservations using our special reservation software
- Various administration duties as required
Prospective candidates should have:
- Fluency in English

- Good verbal and written communication skills
